Using the Spruce: Medical Communication app to connect with your CCPHP physician

As a Member of CCPHP, you can communicate directly with your physician securely and conveniently from your smartphone via the Spruce: Medical Communication App

 

Through the HIPAA compliant Spruce mobile app, you can: 

  • Message your doctor directly regarding your care
  • Obtain quick and convenient remote consults utilizing secure video, voice, photo, and file sharing

While Spruce won’t replace in-office visits, the convenience of remote communication allows your doctor to address your questions and concerns more efficiently, or to better decide whether you need in-person care. The Spruce app should not be used in the event of an emergency.

Spruce Health, Inc., is acting as a subcontractor (as defined in HIPAA) to CCPHP, pursuant to a Business Associate Agreement, to assist  CCPHP in providing amenities and enhancements to Members.
