Ora Pearlstein, MD

Dr. Ora Pearlstein is a trusted board-certified internist with over 20 years of experience practicing in the New York area.

She has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, a New York Super Doctor, and an Exceptional Woman in Medicine.

 

Dr. Pearlstein is on faculty at NYU Grossman School of Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Barnard College in New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and receiving the Constance Von Wahl Award for Excellence in Biology. Dr. Pearlstein then graduated from The University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1995, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, a hospital of Harvard Medical School.

 Susan Greely, MS, RDN

This presentation provides an in-depth look at the ways we can use nutrition to improve our wellbeing for the long-term. Susan Greeley, MS, RDN, describes the foods to consume and those to limit to live a long, healthy life. 

 

Susan is a VP and National Director of Wellness Services at CCPHP, where she runs the SENS Solution® Wellness Program focused on
four wellness pillars: sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. In 2021
CCPHP launched the SENSe of Wellness podcast, hosted by Susan.
 
Susan has nearly 30 years’ experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and health and wellness professional.  Susan is the author of a diet/cookbook, entitled “Cooking with Trader Joe’s: Lighten Up!” and is the creator of and talent for two television cooking series: “Lighten Up with Susan Greeley” and “Simply Healthy”.

As a food, nutrition, and wellness expert, Susan specializes in weight management, chronic disease prevention
and management, wellness & lifestyle coaching, integrative nutrition, culinary medicine, and healthy cooking.
