A: CCPHP is an organization that partners with independent physicians to support and strengthen the physician-patient relationship through a concierge medicine model. CCPHP helps physicians deliver a more personalized, proactive and connected healthcare experience while also providing Members with additional amenities, services and Enhancements designed to complement the care provided by their physician and enhance their overall healthcare experience.

CCPHP’s sister organization, Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., identifies top doctors nationally and regionally through a rigorous peer-nomination and research process, and recognizes physicians regarded as among the nation’s leading healthcare providers.

A: CCPHP and Dr. Radin have jointly formed a concierge program called Radin CCPHP, LLC. This collaboration enables Dr. Radin to offer Members the amenities and enhancements described more fully on this concierge website, as well as a more personalized and proactive approach to healthcare.

Dr. Radin’s medical practice remains independently owned and operated.

A: No. Dr. Radin will continue to refer patients to specialists in the Stamford area and surrounding communities whom he knows and trusts. Through his partnership with CCPHP, he will also be able to facilitate connectivity to 70,000+ Castle Connolly Top Doctors^® nationwide, if needed. 

 A: No. Dr. Radin’s hospital affiliations with Stamford Hospital will remain the same. As always, he will collaborate with you and your hospital providers, whether locally or elsewhere, and the concierge model will provide him with additional time and resources to help coordinate your care. 

 A: Yes. In fact, the Radin CCPHP Membership Program will enable Dr. Radin to spend more time communicating and collaborating with the physicians and specialists involved in your care. 

A: Membership includes access to the SENS Solution^® Wellness Program, which focuses on four pillars of wellness: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management.

Members receive:

A: Membership Fees are paid to Radin CCPHP, LLC, for the amenities and Enhancements associated with the Membership Program and are not payments for professional medical services. As a result, health insurance generally does not cover Membership Fees, and they remain the Member’s responsibility.

You may choose to submit Membership Fees to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Medical Savings Account (MSA), if applicable. However, the Membership Program makes no representation that any portion of the Membership Fee will be reimbursable. Members should consult their benefits administrator or tax adviser regarding eligibility.

A: A qualified physician will provide coverage when Dr. Radin is unavailable. In most situations, Dr. Radin will remain personally available by phone or through the Membership communication platform.

If Dr. Radin is unavailable due to vacation, illness, or other circumstances, care from another practitioner or covering physician will be arranged.

 A: Yes. The dedicated office team will continue to support the practice, assist patients, schedule appointments, and help ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
