Marnie Doubek, MD, FAAFP, is launching a concierge medicine program in partnership with Ovation Private Health. With more than 25 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Doubek provides comprehensive, highly personalized care focused on prevention, ongoing health management and overall well-being. The concierge program will offer patients enhanced communication, greater convenience and more time with Dr. Doubek to discuss their health needs and goals.
Dr. Doubek earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania before receiving her medical degree from the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn—now known as SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University—in 1997. She subsequently completed her family medicine residency at Overlook Hospital, now Overlook Medical Center, from 1997 to 2000. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Following residency, Dr. Doubek began practicing family medicine in 2000 and helped develop a private medical office into an established community-based family practice. The practice became part of Atlantic Medical Group in 2013, where Dr. Doubek continued to practice until joining Ovation Private Health in Morristown, New Joursey. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in comprehensive primary care, including wellness and preventive medicine, health-risk assessment, immunizations and the diagnosis and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Her concierge program builds upon this experience by creating additional opportunities for proactive, individualized care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Doubek has become a nationally recognized advocate for sepsis education and awareness. Her commitment to this work is both professional and personal: in 2014, her 11-year-old son became critically ill with sepsis before ultimately recovering. That experience deepened her focus on improving public and professional recognition of sepsis as a medical emergency, particularly the importance of identifying its warning signs and beginning treatment quickly.
Dr. Doubek joined the Sepsis Alliance Board of Directors in 2016 and has participated in educational programs addressing pediatric sepsis, recovery and the long-term effects experienced by survivors and their families. By combining decades of community-based medical practice with a strong commitment to education, prevention and early intervention, she brings a thoughtful and deeply informed perspective to patient care. Her partnership with CCPHP supports her longstanding dedication to building meaningful relationships with the patients and families she serves.
