In September, Members enjoyed two NYC walking events, a lunchtime three-mile fitness walk through Battery Park on a gorgeous fall day, and an evening “Four-Miler” through Central Park on an equally enjoyable night. It certainly seemed to be the perfect time to get Members out to enjoy some social time, while reaping the benefits of walking.

We received rave reviews from participants.  The walks were fun, uplifting, social and seemed to help make exercise doable for all! Because of their “success,” we’re putting two more walks on the calendar this fall.  If you couldn’t make it to one of our past events, or if you did and want more, we hope that you will come join us for one of our “feel-good fitness walks!”
